Staff medical details can be stored in the system for use in case of emergency. Medical fitness to work can also be interlocked with competence.

EDIT Own Medical Details			Allows the user to edit their own medical details.
VIEW Other Users' Medical Details			User can view medical details of staff in the whole organisation.
VIEW Whole Organisation Medical List and Exams Due (without monitoring trig			User can view the whole organisation medical list (without the monitoring trigger) and also the 'medical exams due' list (from the pre-elements era of HOPS).
EDIT Other Users' Medical Details			User can edit medical details of staff in the whole organisation.
VIEW Dept Staff Medical			User can view medical details of staff in the department.
VIEW Dept Staff Medical List (without monitoring trigger) and Exams Due			User can view the department medical list (without the monitoring trigger) and also the 'medical exams due' list (from the pre-elements era of HOPS).
VIEW Other Users' Medical Details (Bypass Emergency Trigger)			When the user views medical details, they won't be challenged on it being an emergency or trigger the 'details accessed' email.
EDIT Dept Staff Medical			User can edit medical details of staff in the department.
EMAIL when Other Users' Medical Details accessed			The user will receive an email when a person WITHOUT permission 277 accesses medical details info.
Medical Exam Due EMAIL (FUTURE)			User will receive a monthly email list of medical exams due for renewal in the next few months.
