The only material change is a line to dissuade users from wearing hats or sunglasses for their photo. https://www.hops.org.uk/help/profile-photos I know that profile photos are a pain sometimes, but the requirements are to ensure that a good quality outcome is achieved, both in terms of the quality of photo and the technical constraints of printing the image onto the cards. It also manages user's expectations in terms of how seriously the railway treats its compliance processes. A user's willingess to engage in producing a good photo might also sometimes be a good indicator of their willingess to engage in compliance processes in general... |
