It's time for the annual reminder of the URL for users to confirm their details are up to date: https://www.hops.org.uk/user/confirm This is a useful process in the renewal of ID cards, and also useful for railways that don't use the ID card system to be in a strong position to demonstrate they have taken reasonable steps to make sure information needed in an emergency, especially medical and emergency contact, is up to date.
