REPORTS & EXPORT - CSV DOWNLOAD This has received some love today to improve useability. Using 'Download as CSV' now downloads a file rather than showing CSVs on the screen. Note that a CSV is used for storing DATA, not prettily-presented INFORMATION. CSVs are really intended for machine-reading, but there are a number of programs that will open them and present the data in a human-readable way, eg Excel. We have found that, in some cases, opening a CSV in Excel shows just the data, but using 'Get Data from Text/CSV' in Excel show the data in a much prettier format, so if the former doesn't give the desired result then the latter might.
