| Update 840 22 January 2022 | A 'Work Record' tab has been added in the Asset Register Index page for each asset type showing a summary of all the work activities on all assets of the type. (This is equivalent to existing the Work Done tab in the Asset Detail page, but showing the data for all assets of the type.) There wasn't an equivalent for all work activities on all assets across the whole railway. This is a bit big for a pretty page in the Asset Management system itself, and I suspect will lend itself to local analysis/sorting etc. So I have put this in System > Reports & Export and broken it down by year. You can export from this as a CSV, for example, and then filter it however you like in Excel/etc. Thank you to the Talyllyn Railway for this suggestion. |
